Download an application from our website or get a copy from any LISD Counselor.  Email completed applications to phsinfo@lockhart.txed.net, drop it off at the campus, or return it to a Counselor.

Interview

Applicants and their families will be invited to an interview with the Principal to decide if PHS is your ideal choice!
